I haven't done any modeling work in a while, and most of the work that I have done isn't on MM. Anyway, I'd like to get back into it now that I'm in a new place, it could give me something fun to do.

Jayel Draco. . . Model/Digital Artist:
Mostly a visual artist at heart, I do a lot of illustrations and photomanipulations. I am not a traditional photographer, but I typically do the photography for my photomanipulations.

I started modeling for figure drawing in 2000. I've done many different types of things since then. I'm a ham, I enjoy it. My only reservations are that I won't do anything morally offensive (ie.nazi bs etc.) or anything straight up pornographic. Other than that, I'm down.

Jayel Draco is a versatile multi-media visual artist native to New York. While studying Illustration at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, he also began to explore Photomanipulation, Animation, Motion Graphics, and VFX through a combination of independent study, continuing education, and private tutelage. In the years since graduating with his BFA, he has honed his skills in multiple media working as a freelancer and, more recently, as an in-house animator at renowned comic book artist Neal Adams’s Continuity Studios.

As a freelance multi-media visual artist, Jayel has had a broad range of professional work experience across a wide variety of media. His animation work for Wagner's Die Walküre (conducted by James Levine and directed by Robert LePage) was shown at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, and his animation work for Marvel's Astonishing X-Men (episodes 1 - 6, written by Joss Whedon, illustrated by John Cassaday, and directed by Neal Adams) was the highlighted feature of MarvelFest in Union Square, NYC. Demanding, high-profile experiences like these have helped him cultivate his personal vision for his own body of work.

The majority of Jayel’s personal projects are ongoing visual stories set in their own unique realities, some of which he’s been working on for years; one in particular—Children of Gaia—has been in development with co-creator Christopher Covelli for over two decades. Recently Jayel has teamed up with writer Lynsey G (with whom he has co-created multiple worlds) to create Oneshi Press, an independent publishing company, to facilitate sharing their custom realities with a broader audience.
