About Me

My projects of choice include boudoir and glamour...I shoot a lot of black and white, and lately I've been obsessed with natural light head shots. I do NOT shoot pornography of any kind. The only nudes I'll shoot are artistic, and that's certainly not the only thing I shoot.

I am willing to work paid assignments as well as content trade - it all depends on the project. Typically, it's about whose project it is, and what we're doing. For paid shoots, rates are negotiable, depending on assignment. I will also hire models in some situations - usually travelers who have expenses to cover, or if I think there's marketing value in the arrangement, or if I think it will help grow my skills and/or portfolio.

In my albums, unless noted otherwise, I also do all of my own retouching.

LOGISTICS: I shoot in a shared (coop) studio in Philadelphia, or can shoot pretty much any location with natural or ambient light. I work with an amazing team of makeup artists and stylists, and prefer using them when I shoot (unless it's an art shoot and we are going for a very natural look). Not that you can't do your own - but a professional makeup job and/or hair style always takes photos to the next level, in my opinion. There is street parking all over the place near the studio - and if the shoot happens after dark, I will make sure you are escorted to and from your vehicle to ensure safety. Studio is also accessible via Philly public transportation.

STUDIO POLICIES: Typically the studio I use is booked before and after me, so promptness is appreciated, and I usually can't get there "early" to start styling. I allow (and PREFER) escorts on set, and will usually shoot more than one person on a shoot day, given that my day job limits how frequently I can work. The studio is non-smoking, but there's a little balcony outside the entrance, if you need to smoke a cig or whatever. Studio has heat and air conditioning, so you usually won't end up freezing or sweating, either.

CONTACT/BOOKING: the easiest way to book me is email I shoot in Philadelphia, and travel only on a limited basis - we have enough photographers/producers in the area that usually talent comes to us, not vice-versa. That's not to say I am opposed to travel, provided I can book enough assignments to make the trip profitable. Note that I DO require a deposit before traveling bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Common sense policy - I don't expect people to be able to show up for everything - life happens. However, if you don't respect the fact that time is money, and take advantage, I'll make sure we don't work together again. Also, no-call-no-shows - that's a "one strike and you're out" rule. Booking my studio costs money...and you're not just screwing me're screwing over my studio owner, hair and make-up artists, etc. Show a little respect, and act professional, that's all I expect. If you treat me like a schmuck, don't expect me to ever feel that you're worth my time again.
