About Me

IT’S ABOUT how we treat other's that matters. It's about how we interact and believe in others that helps life become a lot more pleasant, exciting and truly liveable. Play the game of life fairly and rewards will be there for you, and me!

If I message you can you at least have the courtesy to reply yes or no. Even if what is suggested as a shoot, to help you with expanding your portfolio here on the Mayhem after you are asking photographer to contact you as you clearly state... with "no experience, or some experience", and then you also clearly state on your profile for compensation "ANY". If someone contacts you with an offer to assist you, even if you don't want to accept the offer, at least have the common decency to reply YES, or NO thank you.

If you are stating things in your profile and  you can't stick to them, then don't state them, and stop being rude by not even acknowledging a contact made with you. That's just down right rude. I have had a lot of them lately. How long does it take you to type yes please or no thank you?

I have been on this site a lot of years and there seems to be a new breed of people "models" who just want their pics up to show off to their peers, but just don't want to answer any offers made to them. Even if you don't like the profile of someone who has taken the time to message you, then simply reply with a no thanks to their offer. It's not that bloody hard is it?

I am always happy to boast my previous models comments, and, have done so for a very long time on my profile. But I don't anymore. If you want credentials from me, ask me and I will proudly send them to you. When I ask some models for references they very rarely get back to me. I can only take that as they don't have any.  I EXPECT to get checked out, and so must every person who puts up their profile anywhere.

I'm tired of models saying yes and then not turning up. I am tired of re-arranging a shoot because of a so called "genuine reason". I don't mind if it is an emergency.  SURELY it is not too difficult to have a plan B & C in place if you really are determined to attend the shoot especially when you are being paid good dollars to shot if it is not truthfully an emergency situation arising.

I put a lot of time into courteous communication once a model agrees to shoot with me. Days are spent by me putting a very extensive shoot together and sending the model all the information, only to be let down on shoot day.

WHY have I taken my NUDE category down? That's easy. The "new age generation" of people putting up their profiles, who have rightly or wrongly been labelled as the most promiscuous at a much younger age, seem to think that's all we want models to shoot. BUT, they neglect to see the other images on the profile that are NOT NUDE. If they did then they would see nude modelling as simply a part of the overall model photography a photographer shoots. If you are scared to shoot then get off the sites you are on showing yourself as a model on! It's that bloody simple!. If you are only there to boast, then you really are that "Primadonna" type! You have no intention of shooting with anyone but you think you look good so your friends, peers, will believe you really are a model. Surely that's not true, is it??? It is easy to tell if they are your friends taking snaps of you that you are putting on your profile. This may be to convince us all you really want some professional shots, then you don't turn up to the shoot. Put up great images, clear images and not just 1, or 2, or 3. Put at least 10 up and show us your talent and ability. and genuineness. As soon as you get some really great images on show take the poor and crappy ones off. YOU GOTTA LOOK HOT if ya wanna have other's hire you for some dollars. BUT REMEMBER do not get greedy and ask for the ridiculous rates I see a lot of (NOT ALL) models asking for these days. AND PLEASE DO NOT DO 6 or 10 shoots and think you are a professional model and start asking for stupidly ridiculous rates. Most of us are aware of models doing that. Be ready if you are genuine and be prepared to do a lengthy apprenticeship before self-classing as professional!. C'mon... really! it takes along time time before you can ask ridiculous rates.
