Requirements:
1. You must be at least 18 years old to schedule a shoot

2. You must be ready to sign a model release form.

3. You can have a friend or family member accompany you to the studio, but they will have to wait at the reception while we do the shoot in the studio.

4. You must provide your own make-up/make-up artist.

My Responsibility:

1. I will give you a CD/DVD containing all the images.

2. I will retouch at least 5 of the images.

3. I will post all the images to my website, password protected and request that you choose 5 that would be retouched.
