RomanoInc was founded by Ashley Romano in 2004 when she began offering services to family and friends in her second year of cosmetology school. Placing second in district cosmetology competitions, competing in the Hair Olympics and having the opportunity to compete in state level competetions lit the spark that drove her to be the best! She took a large roll in the GNBRVTHS Theater Company's hair and makeup department. Trained by makeup artist Joe Rossi, she specialized in the aging process. She was licensed at 17 and graduted in the top of her class at 18. She began business school in the fall and started a branch of RomanoInc in her dorm- cutting hair in the common areas and washing out color in the handicap stall. That winter Ashley got a job at Regis Salon where she worked for the next two years. After building a clientelle the in-home branch of RomanoInc started. Upon the end of her employment at Regis a hair station was installed in her apartment and business went on as usual. In January 2009 RomanoInc took the plunge to LosAngeles where she went from apartments to The Roosevelt to do hair for students to a Playboy Bunny. She had a brief run at Shampoo Salon in West Hollywood and Blue Velvet in Studio City before she returned to Massachusetts to resume her normal clientelle and life. It wasn't long before she was aching for the city again and moved to the sunshine state where she could enjoy the beaches and city of Miami! RomanoInc is now in full swing in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties! Services are currently available, at her place in Hollywood or your place/hotel/set. RomanoInc is available to anyone from average joe's to models. Photographers & directors- YES! she can come to your set; & even better ask her to bring a MUA along! The mission of RomanoInc is to bring awesome hair to EVERYONE! With the ability to style, color, enhance and revive all hair lenghts, densities, and textures at super affordable prices it is safe to say: Mission Accomplished!!
