The name is Jeremy Payne...borne and raised in the small but tranquil Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
            I am a young fashion designer making the most of every oppourtunity. love life and living it to the fullest. currently finsihing studies in Art and Design. My line "Silky Ruff" is a combination of 2 textures that stand as analogy for a host of different contrasting ideas and concepts.
