Dane Lenon started his fashion career in 2005, by launching an initial
partnership with fellow designer Alicia Sierra to form DNA designs. The talented duo was featured in Project Ethos 2007, a showcase for rising stars in fashion, music and art. In 2008, Lenon debuted his namesake company, DLEN by dane lenon, featuring wedding dress, eveningwear and haute couture collections. Designs are understatedly lush - perfect for bridal wear - infusing an edgy elegance into classic sensibilities. Its innovative aesthetic reflected its designer's ever-evolving tastes. DLEN has been featured twice by RAW, a local art and fashion showcase event, and was honored as RAW's Natural Born Artist Fashion Designer of the Year for 2009. His collection caught the eye of famed photographer Manny Librodo Jr., who used DLEN designs in his Los Angeles photography workshop. Most recently, DLEN was featured in 944 Magazine's Los Angeles Edition, The Fashion Issue. Lenon has made a name for himself in his native Orange County & Los Angeles, styling brides and local musicians alike in his fashion-forward designs. He currently awaits further endeavors in high fashion and is ready for a very successful creative future. Notable reviews: “Dane Lenon knows, and understands, the female form; he is keen on creating excitingly, daring, new styles. This is why Dane’s collection, “DLEN,” is a prime line of women’s wear gone eclectic. Think metallics, excess flowy material, and the darker side of fashion... For a 25-year old proud of his successes, Dane couldn’t imagine working in any other industry. In fact, he wouldn’t dare dream it either. Being picked up in 2007 by Project Ethos, after they noticed his designs on MySpace, this dreamer has lots to share with ClosetMouse about his rise to fame.” – Elana Pruitt “There were a few designers that stood out during the fashion show. The one, by far, was D. Len by Dane Lenon. The collection reminded me of a fairytale, with the models flirting with the male models (that were just there as the eye candy) the gowns were avant-garde yet fit for a princess.” – Heather Petrey of www.lafashionsnob.com Verified Credits (0)Worked with DLEN by dane lenon?
