Uzma has gained overwhelming exposure and credibility of her creative makeup skills by showcasing her Makeup work through magazines, catwalks, photo shoots and music videos. Uzma is also a regular columnist within a leading bridal magazine within Scotland – Occasions.

Having always had a natural gift of creating glamorous makeup looks from a very young age, Uzma kick started her career by complete chance when she met a world renowned Makeup Artist, Massarat Misbah over a decade ago. From there she perfected her ability on creating the perfect traditional Asian bridal look. Uzma’s passion for makeup grew; she went onto work with leading brands and products such as MAC, Chanel, YSL, Bobby Brown, Laura Mercier, Benefit and Estee Lauder. With the passion and desire to continue to grow as a Makeup Artist, Uzma has undertaken various training courses over the years, one of which being with the remarkable Lubna Rafiq & Uzma Rafiq, where Uzma qualified from the Lubna Rafiq Makeup Academy with a Merit pass.

Uzma has years of second to none experience of working with leading names and brands within the industry. With a natural born flare for creativity and art, Uzma has an outstanding ability to bring out the beauty from within you by mixing a combination of Eastern and Western makeup looks to create absolutely breathe taking results ensuring you look and feel special on your big day.
