About Me

Hello and thanks for looking. Modelmayhem doesn't let me change my classification as "artist", but I'm a photographer and digital painter and I usually combine the two.

I'd like to work with you to create unique and beautiful images; for 20 years I've been constantly challenging myself as a photographer and artist. When we work together I promise to create truly unique images for you, because everyone has some kind of beauty to display.

For 2012 I am focussing on portraiture projects that cross the boundaries between photography and fine art painting. For those of you who relish the creative process and want to push the boundaries and create something totally fresh & world class, then I would love to work with you.

I like to get a really natural and story-telling feel to my images, so most of them are shot on-location & outdoor based rather than studio based...

I will work with enthusiasts who want to build their portfolio and are willing to take the time to experiment - a sense of enjoyment is all I ask. Come with your own ideas too - I think combined ideas can be even better...

You'll see from my portfolio that I work in various styles, something for everyone; and all my projects will have a specific concept to aim for.

See my gallery www.inpictur.es and www.thescottishphotographer.com for hundreds more examples.

I always respond to genuine interest.
See you in print!
Nik
