I have been a working hairdresser for 30 years and have a firsthand knowledge base of hairstyling techniques spanning 3 decades of styles - 80’s, 90’s, 00’s and happily into 10’s! I studied costume design at Wichita State University under Betty Monroe and have also studied hairstyling for the theater that covers a wide range of styles spanning the entire 20th century.
I have styled hair for editorial photo shoots, fashion shows, have designed the costumes and hairstyles for various stage plays and have assisted on stage with some of the hair industry’s top educators.
I’m interested in building a fresh new portfolio and would love to work with creative photographers and models in trade for prints of our work.
