My name is Kathleen and since I was a little girl I've loved makeup. I remember one of my birthday parties asking my mom if she would do everyone's makeup. All my friends wanted to have their faces painted like animals and I wanted the classic bombshell look. From there my love grew. By the time I was a teenager I knew I wanted to be a makeup artist. Armed with a case full of makeup and Kevyn Aucoin books I did anyone's makeup who would hold still. Over the next few years I worked as a nanny still practicing makeup looks all the time. Then I got married and I went to my husband and told him I was ready to pursue my dream as a makeup artist. He was so supportive and helped me build up kit and bought me anything I needed for my business. I don't think I would have made it with out him! Now I have the career of my dreams and I'm doing what I love!
