My name is Scott, Nayshun1 relates to my native american heritage and is more of an identity tag then an alias. I am a proud half Navajo and half Scottish, Native American (Wild Indian & Crazy Scott) born and raised on the Indian reservation in Arizona, but chased my wife all the way to Houston. I like it here in H-Town it's got lots of pleasantly enthusiastic and beautiful models.

I am an artist, photographer, graphic designer, and painter, but more importantly I am a story teller. I love to take photos that invoke emotion, and thought. I am always experimenting and studying different ways to bring out the most beautiful aspects of my models and capture it in a photo.

A good picture first must have great lighting, composition, and flow. I feel that I have the skill level to achieve these attributes, but the more crucial element for a great shot is the narrative that it must create, and that is my goal, and sometimes my struggle, to create a photo that an audience can enjoy discovering subtle new perspectives every time they encounter my work.

I think some of my strong abilities as a photographer are helping my models feel comfortable and confident, this allows both of us to have fun and get the shots that show sincerity, power, and true beauty. I understand that my success as a photographer is directly connected with the model that I am working with, and so my main objective is to capture them at their very best. I like to have a plan of action before the shoot so that all the model really only has to focus on looking good. I am also highly skilled in photo retouching and manipulation. I want to push my work to be more dynamic, edgy and a bit surreal. If you can help me on this I would love to work with you!
