I am a fashion & textile designer based in Birmingham.

I began my business in 2007, founded on a passion for redressing social issues in the developing world and based on fair and ethical trading principles. I work with artisan co-operatives in Ecuador who produce my designs and my aim now is to introduce this green, stylish and cutting edge fashion to the UK market.

I am happy to collaborate with Photographers, Models, Make Up Artists, Hair Stylists and other Designers!

I'd be delighted to be involved in any charity or fundraising event and I am happy to supply/loan my products for fashion shows, festivals and exhibitions.

We have carefully selected and combined only the crème de la crème of Ecuadorian talent, resources and elements and taken them to British standards. We are therefore bringing the best of one great beautiful nation to another. Our products just speak for themselves!
We offer a great selection of stylish and unique high quality products, such as gorgeous knitwear, genuine panama hats, classy felt hats and amazing vegetable ivory jewellery.
Through years of hard work, uncountable hours of dedication and the greatest passion for our work, we have put together a very creative and skilled team who are proud to create eco-friendly designs. As every one of our pieces is handmade out of natural fibres and materials with our own identity and style, everyone is unique!
The designs for our fashion forward collections are all prepared in Britain and then produced in Ecuador by artisan cooperatives and family owned artisan workshops in rural areas in the Andes Mountains, where poverty rate is high and job opportunities are scarce. The production and quality control of our fantastic and carefully selected team ensures Claudia Polo's exclusive design’s beauty and durability, whilst providing solutions to our producers’ community's high poverty and migration rates.
