Angeliqua Mcnair I'm an upcoming stylist who's ambitious,determined,talented,and failure isn't an option in her vocabulary.Her job as a stylist is to organize and create images, co-ordinate photo shoots,fashion shows as well as people. She's been into fashion since the about 10 or 11.Instead of playing hopscotch and bored games Angeliqua played dress up . It all started from her playing in her mother and grandmother's closet ."Just trying on clothing,accessories,shoes, and hats did something for me!".Angeliqua has been been studying fashion since junior high school first as a Fine Arts & Design major in Ronald Edmond's Learning Center M.S 113 then moved on to fashion illustration. She even put pieces together for her JHS magazine "Say It Loud" in the fashion column. As she moved upward in education and went to The High School Of Art &Design I later moved into being both a fashion design and fashion illustration major. "The more I began to study fashion design I realized my junior year of high school that maybe fashion design wasn't my thing I could draw out my designs but i didn't have the patience for the sewing aspect I love putting things together so I decided I would get into styling"
Angeliqua started off volunteering for her school fashion shows,church fashion shows,dressing family and friends from that moment on she knew she should take styling more into a career." I had a great pleasure of working New York Fashion Week from 2008 til this years Spring 2011 lines. I also worked Philadelphia fashion week styling for a Canadian Magazine, working with photographers and designers".She's currently enrolled in Berkeley college for her BA in fashion marketing and she knows exactly how hard work pays off. "Styling is so exciting it allows me to design the over all look and help distinguish personalities for different individuals!".
