My name is Ray Dawson McEachern and I have a passion for Photography. I started getting into photography when I was 15 and was in a photography class in high school. I used a manual Nikon SLR camera and developed my own film in a dark room and printed them with enlargers. I loved this process and really miss having the use of a dark room.
My Father was a photographer before he met my mother and really gave me the opportunity to explore the visual medium of photography. My father gave me my first digital SLR when I was 16 and I was hooked. I explored photoshop and had fun planning photo shoots with friends around the city.
I attended Vancouver Film School in 2007/08 for a Visual Arts and Design program as well as a Film Production program in 2008/09. I had many chances to use the schools studio and to explore many different types of art mediums.


I have experience with portrait photography, maternity, new born, family, sport and wedding photography. I want to expand my experience to involve all types of art able to be portrayed through photography.
