My name is Nyma and i am the freelance MUA behind Platinum Beauty Services :)

I've always had a passion for makeup ever since i was a little girl. Through the convincing words of my closest friends, i decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career in makeup. I have studied at Napoleon Perdis Makeup Academy and I am now half way through completing a beauty therapy diploma.

In the last couple of years I have done a complete 180 in my career choices but i am a much happier person for chasing my passion and dreams then chasing the $$$$ in the big bad corporate world.

There are too many reasons as to why i love makeup and beauty. I am most passionate about turning a vision i have imagined into a live image you can see - that gives me a lot of satisfaction and I also really enjoy directing concepts. I have endless visions in my head about creative photoshoot themes, colours and fashion that sometimes it’s hard to concentrate in my normal Beauty Therapy job!!!

What sets me apart from other Makeup Artists is a type of attitude that comes across in my photos. I love colourful things.....

I am happy to work TFP providing that the concept is something i believe in and will make me jump out of bed in the morning!! Paid work is obviously what i am striving towards but i will never reject a good idea if I feel it will be a good opportunity to advance my portfolio.
