Kirsten works in the following New York areas: Central New York - Syracuse, Capital Region - Albany, Hudson Valley -  Catskills, Kingston, Poughkeepsie, White Plains, and NYC.

Originally from the Catskills in upstate New York, Kirsten Fredrickson has over fifteen years of experience in professional makeup artistry and skincare.

She attended The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City and majored in Advertising and Communications. Following this, she furthered her education by attending the Aesthetics Science Institute in Latham, New York where she received her New York State license in esthetics. Kirsten's career started as a counter manager for Estée Lauder which eventually led her to start freelancing as a makeup artist.

​In addition, Kirsten served in the distinguished position of Estée Lauder's Northwest (Colorado) and Southwest (Utah, Arizona, and Nevada) Regional Makeup Artistry Team while living out west.  Her time was spent contributing to various special events (ie. makeup, spa) and educating beauty advisers. Along with continued education and training from Estée Lauder, Kirsten has also been trained by Kett Cosmetics in beauty airbrushing. Kirsten's attention to detail, innovation, and creative concepts have resulted in fashion editorial publications, beautiful bridal work, commercials, corporate videos, documentaries, nationally televised political debates, TV segments, and feature/short films.​

Kirsten works attentively to find the right products and colors for each person based on their individual desires, skin tone, and features.  Her philosophy is less is more, but she also excels in unique and original makeup designs. Combining her knowledge of makeup application with an understanding of clinical skincare, facial bone structure and shape, and product knowledge, while using NYS sanitation/disinfection/sterilization regulations as a licensed esthetician, Kirsten has the perfect blend of experience and training to help you achieve your desired look.
