My name is Andrew Rubicon and I'm a performance artist from Toronto. I mainly compose music but I play a lot of different types of instruments and I produce music for a lot of people and projects as well, especially video games. I have a strong visual style and I like to experiment with advanced technological techniques to create pictures and videos that people of an older generation might be too afraid to risk. The photos I do are of a surreal nature because I see music as an escape, so the promotional pictures I do for music represent that. I grew up with a lot of things like Aliens, Xena, X-files, etc. things that depict women in a strong way. I have a lot of respect for woman and I'm a little bored of the cliche shots with lingerie and things like that, I think tough always works better. I'm a rebellious person and it comes through in my music and my pictures.
