Born and Raised in California, art has always been my passion. My name is Rain Sky and I am a licensed Hair and MUA looking to network with creative photographers, models, wardrobe stylist, and anyone else who shares a passion for the industry. I started off doing hair and makeup in a salon at a young age. I have gained experience but still learning each day new techniques and skills to better my talent.
