Ten years ago I decided to leave my chemical engineering degree, EHS position, and the corporate rat race behind to start a photography company in the small town of Athens, Alabama.

Initially taking general portraits on the weekend, the FuriousFotog® brand grew to two-million followers across social media. With that, I suddenly became an internationally published modeling/fitness photographer with a specific focus on male models and couples for romance book covers. Eventually, after taking inspiration from my fitness photo clients, I also began working as a book cover model.

Having been in the industry for a decade, I've interfaced and networked with countless authors and other clients. Through those strong relationships as a photographer and designer, I've helped create over 2500 book covers and now work entirely with clients to shoot book cover photos.

It's important to remember that despite setbacks and slow going if you press ahead toward your goal you're continuing to make forward progress.
