About Me

My name is Saskia Borra, i am a quailfied make-up artist and i am also a hairdresser. I am very passionate about the hair and make up industry and have studied very hard to try and be the best i can be i put all my effort in to everything i do.

I studied media and theartrical makeup and also hairdressing level 2 & 3, within my courses i studied day/evening makeup, high fashion hair and makeup, bridal hair and make-up, body painting special fx including prosthetics and casualty make-up, wigs as well as cut colour and style hair.

I have had a good amount of experiance in the industry, including salon based i work as well working in various theatre productions, also i have worked as a hair and make-up artist for the buxton festival for the past 3 years, i was the head of hair and make-up at the north west british youth film academy and was in charge of all the hair and makeup done for the film being made.

Hi there, I am a photographer after makeup artist/hair stylist for 2 photo shoots coming up in early 2013 with 2 different models in the cheshire/manchester area.

We have already decided on the theme(s) to suit both their looks, but we just need a makeup artist/hair stylists for an unpaid but TFP to attend on either or both days.

We need someone creative, flexible and willing. The shoot including makeup should be no longer than 3 hours and is in the diary for some time in January next year, but may be subject to change.

Will need so see examples of work of all applicants and they must be creative with a contact email address to send examples of the looks we have in mind to!
