With my art I aim to make the freaks, geeks, outcasts, and weirdos, including my self, feel at home in their own skin. Both viewer and subject are invited to revel in all that keeps them outside the mainstream, and celebrate their own place among the counter-culture. I often prefer to shoot everyday subjects, and live for the moment a subject expresses their emotions upon seeing images of themselves that I’ve created.
Although I have a traditional film photography background, my digital editing processes often strive to mimic illustration, turn of the century photographic processes, or painting. I enjoy the process of taking something very real, possibly mundane, and making it appear completely unreal, impossible, or ethereal.

Current locations i have set up are NYC, Chicago, and DC this winter. The mode will be set in various styles looking to shoot army style set, 50’s pin-up set, a middle earth theme, and a high fashion set. Let me know if any of these maybe up your alley. Best wishes.
