I’m a firm believer in the phrase to live life with no regrets; this is why I believe we should live our lives to the fullest.

I am a fitness addict; I’m very passionate about all aspects of training dieting and seeing improvements as a result of this. I love to surround myself with friends, family and other fitness enthusiasts. I made the decision to compete with the UKBFF in the bikini class having been to see the finals October 2011, this was the first year the federation had this class. I competed for the first time September 2012 in the Leeds qualifier this year where I placed 2nd with an invite to the British finals. At the British finals I was awarded 4th place. I plan to continue to compete; I will work to make the improvements in need in order to place higher as my long term goal is to be able to compete internationally as well as become a successful fitness model. I am determined to succeed in making these improvements to achieve my goals.
