About Me

I'm an artist and art director in Chicago who paints and photographs for art exhibits as well as for publications. I really like pinup photography and try to incorporate this burgeoning photographic trend back into the art world from whence it originated. It's not enough to simply paint a straight portrait however, so I infuse mine with a bit of wit and a dash of humor. I would someday like to show my photos from my painting sessions. Artists who inspire me besides the obvious Rockwells and Vargases are Gil Elvren, Robert McGuire and Robert McGuiness.
