* I do not work with models that state: "Paid assignment only" and have "no experience". I have no desire to pay you and teach you. When we pay models its not just because they are "beautiful", we dont care, we pay models because they know what they are doing, when we ask for a pose or a mood, they can do it instantly, when I hire models for Catalog work, I dont have to teach them how to do it, they know how.

* I only wish to work with people who are serious and not just a hobby.  If you link to a private Instagram, that is not a good sign of a professional individual and I just move on and not waste both our time.

* If you are a no-no show, I simply black list you and you are no longer welcome in the studio regardless of who you are, photographer, client etc.

* if you dont reply to a call within 24hrs (without good reason) we will just move on to another and note in your file that you do no respond well. eventually you move to the bottom of the barrel.

* I only hire models, mua, stylists, any member of the creative team that I have worked with prior, tested or casted with, exception is those have been hired directly by my clients. This means I do not accept "book me" solicitations because you are coming into town.

* I dont care how experienced you are, we have never worked together and even famous actors have to read for the director prior to casting, We owe our clients that as well.
