My name is Cita August. I am a 22 year old photographer living in the Los Angeles area- that specializes in tableau vivant style artwork, as well as dark art and editorial-esque portraits. I’ve been behind the camera, professionally, since I was 14 years old. The first time I had one of my pieces hang in a gallery I was 16. I’ve shown work in seven gallery shows since then, two of which I curated myself. I also have two self-published photobooks.
