Every day, I wake up striving toward how I can better improve myself, and my quality of life, more so from the day before. You could say, I have a passion for continuously attempting to achieve excellence within my mind, body, and spirit, and in doing so, want nothing more than to be able to pay that attitude forward to anyone else, who possesses the willingness to change, and more importantly, BE SUCCESSFUL.

I am currently pursuing Personal Training Certifications in both the ISFTA and A.C.E. organizations, and eventually, would like to further advance my knowledge and skill-set, in the field of Nutrition and Motivational Speaking.

I received Dual Bachelors' of Science Degrees in Physical Education and Business Management, as well as my Master of Business Administration (MBA), all from Plymouth State University (Plymouth, NH), and its College of Graduate Studies.

While earning my Veteran status, through serving in the United States Army, I was instilled with a deep sense of self-discipline, and moral regard toward my fellow man. It is with this discipline, that I have been able to adopt and adhere to a healthy lifestyle of both diet and exercise, that has transcended into a completely different perspective on how unbelievably awesome life can be, as well as having the courage to face and persevere through any obstacle life may throw at me.

Pursuing the path of becoming a model began as a simple suggestion from a friend, that I in turn, decided to make a personal goal of for myself. It is through the attention that I receive from modeling, that I plan to, not only continuously attempt to attain new accomplishments, but more importantly, achieve the ultimate goal of being able to reach out to a wider audience, in order to convey my passion of helping others in need.

Even if you can only make a positive difference in the life, of just one person, then it would have all been worth it.
