My name is Chris Byrne, 23 years old and based in Glasgow, Scotland.

I am interested in all types of photography and generally will have my camera with me most of the time.

Whatever the type of images you want I am happy to shoot them.

If required and there is sufficient notice I do have access to qualified, professional make-up artist who is also quite adept with special effects make-up too.

Again if there is sufficient notice and subject to availability, I have access to a qualified, professional hairstylist of 7 years.

I will be online at least once in any 24 hour period and as a result am easy to get a hold of for contact.

At this point in time I am happy to work with models on a TFCD as well as paid basis.

I will happily work with both professionals and amateurs.

I will happily work on a location or in a studio.

I will happily work with males, females, couples and children.

**PLEASE READ**

If you, the model/MUA contact me about the possibility of doing a shoot please come with an idea. This applies
regardless of whether the shoot TFCD or paid. It does not need to be a finalised concept but a starting point for us to work on is a must.

With regards to working with minors - any person under the age of 18 - they MUST be accompanied by an parent/legal guardian and a release form is required to be sign by the parent/legal guardian. NO SHOOT WILL TAKE PLACE WITHOUT THESE.

Proof of identity WILL be required on all shoots and is acceptable in the form of Passport or Driving Licence. Please do not be offended, I am covering my own back.

A CD of the final images will always be given, for which there is generally a 1 week turn around - unless otherwise agreed. The images will be low resolution, for web use only. The number of final images may vary depending on the time of the shoot and the amount of images actually taken.

***VERY IMPORTANT***

Regardless of the shoot being TFCD or paid if you, the model/MUA do not show and fail to provide a valid excuse prior to the arranged time of the shoot you will be invoiced for £100.

Similarly if I, the photographer, do not show and fail to provide a valid reason I will compensate with you for the same amount.

Finally, please understand that all my work – unless otherwise agreed – is copyrighted and a release form is required to be signed stating that this is understood. If it is found that there has been a breach in this agreement it will be pursued through the necessary means.

If you wish to use any image for publication or for personal profit then please contact me prior to doing so. Do not assume that it will be okay.
