Mandy Ross is a catalyst for positive change. She is an international TV and Media personality, journalist, social media influencer, yoga instructor and model, and life cheerleader for others. She is also a brand ambassador for a variety companies, events and causes. She has a passion for fashion and was the exclusive North American host of FashionTV, the world’s largest fashion channel with 500 million viewers worldwide. Mandy is a Humber College Journalism Honours graduate (specializing in broadcast) and was awarded the school’s Sociology Award of Excellence. While in attendance, Mandy’s writing abilities were also recognized. They helped her earn a College Association for Language and Literacy Writing Contest Award. She was also able to land a prestigious internship with Toronto’s CityTV, studying under some of the top names in Canadian broadcast Journalism.

As a lifestyle expert, she has a regular column with Vancouver Boulevard magazine, "Fresh Takes." She also has a blog on her website www.Mandy-Ross.com that features inspirational content. She has joined forces with Canada's first and only Do It Yourself channel on YouTube and produces lifestyle videos for it including healthy cooking, yoga, fitness and motivational. She is also a spokesperson as a Kudo Master for KUDOLIFE – an App that will allow users to be sent a monthly customized menu of her delicious and nutritious recipes. Mandy is regularly featured in the media as well.

As a Life Cheerleader her objective is to inspire and motivate individuals and to help them ignite a passion for life within. Her friends and family “mean the world to her.” Mandy’s passion for helping others is why she also regularly volunteers with various organizations. With her infectious positive energy, priceless smile and the drive to strive, Mandy loves to empower everyone who has a dream.
