With his exceptional people skills, Dennis is able to connect with his subjects and achieve the desired results. For the past ten years Dennis has been learning and implementing the latest in film technology and computer graphics, to become a director of high definition cinematography.

Recently, Dennis has focused his talents on the development of Filmeye Studios, located in Los Angeles. With an emphasis on original concepts on the cutting edge of emerging media; combined with Dennis’ years of experience and education; Filmeye Studios is well equipped to satisfy a variety of new media needs.

Welcome to one of the best Photography Studio Workshops in LA
Perfectly structured for those looking to learn in one intensive weekend, this course explores various lighting techniques to help the photographer understand the basic elements of lighting in the studio.
Designed for the photographer approaching professional status, this intense workshop pushes the photographer creative boundaries in order for them to achieve a unique style in their photographic artistry.
A wide range of lighting techniques will be explored including both traditional and non-traditional methods. Photographers will be encouraged to experiment with all of these techniques in order to discover which ones best compliment their particular personal look.
Throughout the class there will be both demonstrations as well as hands-on shooting. The class will begin by exploring a range of options for direct lighting using both strobe and tungsten lights.
You will learn various forms of diffused and hard lighting sources, then shoot in low-key lighting where the shadows define the shot as much as the light. The first Sunday session will be an extended in-studio shoot focusing on portraits for advertising, corporate and entertainment.
