Jemms desire to create started as a young child when she became drawn to the world of art. That was the beginning of her  artistic journey. Through her adolescence years she has been effortlessly accepted to schools for the artistically gifted. Her constant need to create and design lead her down many artistic paths. As a teenager she studied Fine Arts at F.H LaGuardia the high school for performing arts. A school that is the starting point for many other talented  alumni. She later went on to pursue fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has worked in many notable fashion houses including, La Rok and Catherine Malandrino.


Though working for Malandrino was rewarding she found herself drawn to another fashion passion. This passion was to design handbags and she carried her expertise into the exciting world of handbags. She has designed handbags of well known characters such as Hello Kitty, Betty Boop, Hannah Montana and many other famous Disney icons. Eventhough working for major fashion companies was rewarding she found herself restless and eager to go out on her own, and bring to you her creative designs.  This lead her to start Lucky Jemms,  a place where you are sure to find unique, creative and limited edition tees.

    As a designer living in New York city Jemms is constantly being inspired to design collections that you will enjoy incorporating into your wardrobe. The company was aptly named Lucky Jemms because it captures the essence of this collection, because like a rare gem each item should be collected and treasured.
