UPDATE (3/3/18):
It’s been a VERY long time since I have logged in to this page on here. Sadly, I am no longer doing modeling and makeup. I am now in the medical field as a Certified Surgical Technologist, and a full-time mother of two children, so my schedule is not conducive to my modeling or makeup artistry. I am, however, leaving this page and my makeup page up to stay in contact and refer people to all the wonderful creative people I have met and worked with over the years. I may come back one day, but it’s not in the cards right now.

bio/background:
my name is Chelsa, also known as Tabitha Nyx. I am currently a freelance (or contract if you prefer...wait, do we still use the term contract in this business anymore?) makeup artist for hire (my makeup artist page on here is under MsPoison). but modeling and acting have always been my first love, so I'm trying to get back into modeling after being away for so long.  Born and raised in the suburban wasteland of fakes and whores and plastic people called Orange County, I'm the shining star, who happens to be a second generation Haunt monster (or, rather, ex-Haunt monster since I started school) at Halloween Haunt at Knott's Scary Farm.  I prefer to be "alternative" rather than conform to the "norm" of mini-skirts and crappy hair extensions.

description:
as far as my look goes, I prefer the industrial/alternative look, but I can do anything. I do wear glasses sometimes as well as synthetic dreadlocks and cyber falls, but the dreadlocks can be taken out and I can wear contacts as well (and yes, since I usually wear clear contacts, my eyes are NATURALLY the color they are in most of my photos). also, I have no eyebrows, so I draw them back in. I can let them grow back, but I will have to have advanced notice. since my hair is short, I can put in extensions if need be.  I can also do my own hair (I have about 150 hours of Cosmetology under my belt) and makeup, but I would prefer a makeup artist.  my hair color changes whenever I get the urge to change it or when Berlin is in town for a show (sun-bleached blonde to dark blonde is my natural color). right now, it's black mixed with dark red.

body mods:
so far, the only body mods I have are my ears (3x earlobes), my tongue (12g), and I have 5 tattoos.  My tattoos are the eyes from the logo for the musical Cats just below my collarbone, a Sailor Jerry type pinup on the inside of my right calf, my oldest son’s name between two roses on my lower back, an unfinished memorial for a friend on my upper back, and the red spiral Marilyn Manson hear on the back of my neck. They are mostly color, and I'm willing to cover them with makeup if need be. I currently have a list of tattoos and piercings in the works.  I WILL NOT REMOVE MY TONGUE BARBELL!!!!  I am, however, willing to put in my clear retainers instead.  I've waited too damn long to have my tongue pierced, and now that I have it, I'm not gonna risk them closing up.  also, I'm willing to remove all my earrings except the third holes. due to having a metal allergy, I can only wear sterling silver in there, and I'm not gonna risk having to pierce my ears for the fourth time in each spot again.

what I will do/what I won't do:
implied, yes, full nude, yes, as long as it's artistic and tasteful, and you send me an e-mail with a short description of the concept so I can visualize it before I agree to it, but if you want me to do more than topless the day of the shoot, forget it.  I hate to sound like a bitch, but we must agree on what if any I am to do nude.  I don't want to show up and all of a sudden you say "oh, I'd much rather have you do full nude!"  when I was only booked to do topless or implied.  no, sorry, not gonna happen.  I am a married woman with two school-age children, I’m not gonna do anything that could jeopardize our lives. I am more than willing to do lingerie as well.  if you even approach me for porn, I will NOT respond back!!!  I'm also willing to do glamour, fetish, and just about any other off the wall shoots.

my escort policy:
I WILL bring an escort, and it will not be my husband or anyone like that.  my escorts will NEVER interfere with the shoot, nor will they speak until spoken to first and so on, and they are VERY respectful to all photographers I work with, and they know if they aren't, they will hear about it on the ride home and they will never be my escort to a shoot ever again.  no escort, no shoot...comprende?

dream shoot:
my idol (ok, so she's not exactly a model, but she is gorgeous and strong) is Terri Nunn of Berlin.  I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to do a shoot that the theme is a tribute to her back in the 80s (otherwise known as the "Pleasure Victim" or "Love Life" era of the band). also, I do have an affinity for anything cyber, gore, goth, vampire, bondage, or Victorian.  I'm always open to ideas, so feel free to contact me for weird and off the wall shoots.  I'm probably about the most random person you'll more than likely ever meet.
