About Me

In the early Eighties I opened Better Bodies Gym
in my hometown, New York City.  My gym quickly
attracted local bodybuilders, and I became an
active participant both in the birth of women’s
bodybuilding and also the growth of men’s bodybuilding. 

In 1997 I picked up a camera for the first time
since childhood and casually started to photograph
the leading competitors in the bodybuilding world.

My images are unguarded, honest and voyeuristic.
Whether they capture backstage scenes at the
Mr.Olympia or private moments in a hotel room
hours before the bodybuilder steps out on stage,
these images are imbued with an intimacy that has
never been seen before.

I hope to find fit men and women on this site for both personal and commercial projects

For the last 15 years i have been shooting the animal pak ad campaign for universal nutrition.....im always looking for potential "animal" guys.....freaky big
