Whose photo is it ?:
International and Federal law stipulates that the photographer is the sole copyright owner for his work as soon as the photo is taken. As a model, whether you've paid or done a TFP, you are granted the rights for a specific or broad usage of these photos, as defined by contract or a model release. There's no joint copyright ownership unless it has been agreed upon by the photographer, or if he concedes his rights in a buy-out.

TFCD vs. $$$:
Any collaboration with "Experienced Models" will be a TFCD unless I'm involved in a commercial or editorial project with a budget.
You got your bills and I got mine. I spend my money on production value not the model. What you’re getting is a photo that will get you noticed. For amateur models looking to build their portfolio I offer reasonable rates and I am willing to work with your budget.

I require a $50 Deposit on all Photoshoots which will be collected upon consultation.
If the shoot is a TFCD you will get your deposit back the day of the shoot. If you need to cancel a shoot let me know at least 5 days before the shoot or no refund will be given.

If you are a paid project the deposit will go towards the balance unless balance paid In full upfront.
If you need to cancel a shoot let me know at least 5 days before the shoot or no refund will be given.

TFCD shoots include 5 Edited Images of your choice unless otherwise specified by TFCD Contract.

Any additional Edited Images can be purchased for $10ea.
Images are typically available for pickup on a TFCD shoot within 30 days or less.
