Photographer of all styles. Mainly working in in digital, both black and white and colour.  Working as a photographer for hire. Will also work for TFP in some cases. Will split 50/50 on any sales of photographs, As per a contract when working for TFP.  Model release a must. Also looking for models to work on fine art projects. Most of my work is outdoor art style photography, or indoor using only the available lighting.  I photograph in a minimalist style with minimal equipment, usually including a  one DSLR camera two lenses and a tripod. I know Many of us both photographers and models do not always have the funds for a paid shoot.  If you fall in this area then I may have a solution.  If I think that a trade shoot will  be of benefit then I will shoot it.  This is the release that I use for trade shoots.         
             

              Photographic Release When Work is For Trade


I (the Model, and  Photographer) explicitly grant to the photographer, and the Model (the Photographer and the Model.)
and to their assignees and licensees the absolute right and
permission to use, publish or sell the photograph(s) referred to
below, in which I (the Model) am included, in any medium, throughout the world,
without any restriction whatsoever as to the nature of the use or
publication or as to the copy of any printed matter accompanying
the photograph(s). I understand that the images may be altered
and I waive the right to approve of any finished product (Same for the photographer when the Model does post production on images she uses.).  The Model will receive any of the photographs that she wants including raw images, that she may use in any way she wants.  The photographer can also ask for any post production images that the Model produces.
I understand that I own jointly the copyright of the photograph(s) the (Raw Images)with the photographer.  Any post production of the images is the property of both Photographer and Model.  Credit must be given to (Model, Photographer, Editor, or anyone else who took part in the production of the images) when images are published in any form in any medium.
That any sale of photographs ( including those created in post production)  is split 50/50 between photographer and Model.  Only exception is if exclusive rights  to photographs are sold both Model and Photographer must agree. Sale is again split 50/50

Here is the short form of the Model Release I use, it is a Model and Entertainment release.

For good and valuable consideration, the Model releases
Douglas John Loudon and assigns permission to license and
use all images and sound recordings in any media and for any
purpose.  The Model agrees that Douglas John Loudon has all
rights to images and sound recordings for perpetuity. This
agreement is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.
