My name is Monique…but growin’ up I preferred to be called Katie or "DC Kitty"…your choice. I am an extremely passionate free-lance Writer and Photographer in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). I am currently working on my dream of starting my own Photography business.

As you now know I'm normally behind the lens of the camera as a free-lance photographer but I have been extremely curious since I was a little girl about modeling. My family has always encouraged me to try it but my passions were always for writing and photography. The more I shoot other models and watch fellow photographers, hair stylists, and MUAs work with models in the industry, the more curious I've become. I've always wanted to try modeling and would love to model for or work with other creative artists. I think it'd be fun to see what creative things the artist and I can come up with.

Growing up I've always believed anything is possible and I think modeling would be just another amazing experience in my life. If you are interested in working with me or using me for any of your projects or visions, I would love to help out. I'm new and inexperienced aside from being on the other side of the lens....so be patient with me.
