Mayhem # 1283151
I retired from teaching History in Oakland, California in June 2006. Photography, particularly travel photography, soon became my passion. I joined two Bay Area camera clubs in an effort grow and network with fellow photographers. In December of '08 I was introduced to model, fine art nude photography by one of those fellow photographers. I was delighted by the results, but I was also confronted by the cold, hard truth that I had a lot to learn about lighting and posing. The same friend encouraged me to join Model Mayhem as a means to practice and learn. I not only want to get the basic techniques and skills, but to use this find my own vision which, I believe, goes beyond the usual pin-up or fashion approach to photography.
PLEASE NOTE, I ALMOST NEVER ACCEPT FRIEND REQUESTS UNLESS WE'VE WORKED TOGETHER OR COMMUNICATED IN SOMEWAY (MESSAGES, COMMENTS, TAGS, ETC.) THANKS.
I am willing to pay for models, but do remember I am a hobbyist not doing this commercially. So, TFP/TFCD or a moderate monetary compensation would be great.

"I work with Ed every time I come up to the Bay area and he is a hoot! Lot's of ideas, fabrics, and lingerie when you shoot with him. Not to mention a lot of fun conversations are bound to be had while shooting. lol"
"Always smiling, always with beautiful fabrics and scarves to complement my wardrobe, I had the pleasure to pose for Ed on both occassions when I visited the city by the bay so far and it rocked every time!"
