About Me

I am a visual artist focusing mostly on figurative work.  I would like to take digital photographs of models, not for publication, but for reference to be used in my paintings.  This allows me to spend more time on a painting than working directly from life.  I do the figure in a somewhat idealized form, and sometimes put personal references in to give it an autobiographical quality.
