DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT WISH PEOPLE TO FIND YOU This site is spidered by all major search engines. A search for your name through Google will find you. If you do not want to be found easily, use a fake name, or better yet donât model! If you are hiding your modeling, you probably shouldnât be doing it anyways. The number of forum posts does not make one "smart" or "industry knowledgeable". Attempting to discuss change seems to bring out the wolf-pack faster than territory infringement....or wait, is the status quo their territory?... Oh...and runway eligible or not, short curvy girls ROCK! Nov 20 07 04:00 pm Link Goble Goble Turkey Turkey Nov 21 07 10:56 pm Link I'm a newbie. Thanks for the great info & advice! Nov 25 07 04:16 am Link Newbie here also. Yes thank you for the time and advice here. Education is never to be scorned. -M Nov 25 07 12:22 pm Link Leo C wrote: Why indeed Leo. I myself should have read this long ago, but I was not FORCED to do so, so I guess that's why I didn't. Newbies often must be forced into doing the "right" thing, because they're newbies (ignorant). I think the main problem is the lack of useful information in most instruction manuals these days. People get used to having to fend for themselves and thinking that they can figure things out without reading the (useless) instructions. And since most of us think we don't have time to read the fine print, we just end up "getting by" with what little we know, rather than filling our minds with the knowledge it takes to excel. Nov 29 07 02:56 am Link Can we put another saved thread for Newbie Models and link www.newmodels.com? I think it might help MANY of them. Is there a generally accepted method on here that one should follow? What info should I include and should I ask them to contact each other too? I just don't want to look unprofessional or anything before I do anything. thanks. -Berni Feb 13 08 10:29 am Link thanks for the advice! Feb 13 08 10:47 am Link What does TGIF mean???
