Our Submission for the week of 16 - 22 March, Ashley B. first came to work on a vintage clothing catalog shoot. She did very well considering all of the confusion, and we set up another shoot with even more confusion last weekend ... the term "grace under fire" comes to mind.
Ashley is becoming a great all-around model, from commercial and glamour through artistic styles - she's going to take charge!

Ericka is new to Model Mayhem and has only worked with a couple other photographers. She is a lovely young woman and does not need much direction.

Thanks everyone for your kind words! I am proud to have been able to present this particular Newb. I knew from the beginning that she would be one of those rare ones who have all of the right stuff.
Raising a glass to Craig for this program - this is something that offsets the hassles and frustrations inherent in working with newbies. It's great to see talent and work ethic acknowledged.

We appreciate all those participating in LIST and the "Newbie of the WEEK" contest is just the icing on the cake. There are many shoots going on between LIST shooters and models since we recently started this program and I know we'll see even more of the awesome results of these creative collaborations coming to the "Newbie Model of the WEEK" contest as the LIST continues to grow.

Craig... I'm sure that all who particpate owes you a big thank you for making MM a better site... Your contest are always fun and gives a lot of people something to shoot for..
Now that i said that, I'm going out of town this thursday - sunday to do some skiing at mamonth mt.... and i'm not touching my camera until i get back.....resting my eyes...
Lydeea's soft, sensual look belies her quick wit and assertive personality. She's a real joy to work with - fun and smart but always paying attention and ready to work.
Mariella was fantastic, she drove the 2+ hours from Lafayette, Indiana to work with myself and TR Willmitch in his Studio. Gorgeous girl with the desire to work hard!

Brittani Noel was a pleasure. We spent 5 hours in the car to and fro to the shoot destination. She came prepared and was a real trooper with trying new things, like swinging in heels on a rope and jumping in a gown on a trampoline. The young man whose house we used to get ready had a lot of young male friends dropping by while she was posing and she went on undauntingly. So professional. We had a lovely day together and I'm very pleased with the outcome and hope you are too Amanda Rose took this trip with us and did her magical make-up and hair.
Always some great competition in this thread....trying my hardest to keep up with you all.
