There's a line between business and personal, and it's up to the web site designer and the individual who wants the web page to determine where the line is. Your page could lean more towards being personal, or more towards being businesslike. Or it could be any combination of the two!
I do not have a set rate. I work with clients to determine what kind of cost would be acceptable to them. I refuse to charge an outrageous amount of money if my client is in a financial crisis (like me!).. that is why I am willing to work with you, not against you.

I don't believe in Flash technology, but I do like some Javascript. My designs are minimalist, and I try to be efficient and have cross-platform compatibility.
I have contacted a few people from MM but have not gotten any responses yet. I am looking for someone who can build a website similar to this one or better as soon as possible.
I need it to really pop. I like the girly, gothic style rocker chick look. So I would like to bring that vibe in with either really dark grays and blacks or vibrate dark purples greens.
I only need five navigation pages. It will be an membership site with nude material so I will need a welcome page with a 2257 compliance statement on the front, a photo gallery page, a video streaming page, a webcam/chat page and a what's new/update page.
