We will be capping the amount of Photographers to 60 so this is first come first served
There is a location fee for attending:
All Models: $20
All Photographers: $50
Make-Up Artists, Hair Stylist, and Wardrobe Stylist: Free
This event is being held to raise funds for The Scott CATANIA Scholarship fund and memorial Photo gallery at Briarcliffe College.
This Event is being held By The Briarcliffe College Commerical photography Club. You will have Access to 4 Studio bays ( sorry no equipment or backdrops will be available) , a weight room, Drawing and painting class rooms, lecture rooms the large Common area with couches and chairs and the cafeteria. (I will upload photos in a day or 2 ) We will also have some Awesome Muscle cars and Bikes in the parking lot but that is weather permitting!
Some tips:
Photographers please bring your own equipments, but if another photographer is set up in an area either work with him or wait for him to break down his equipment before you load yours. Space is limited so keep that in mind, we do not want more than 1 set up in the same area.
Models come prepared to do your own hair and makeup. The Makeup artist does not have to you do your our makeup, it is their choice who they want to work with. Also their def will be a waiting list to work with them, so you are cutting down your shooting time.
Models you are responsible for your own clothes and things, please have them near you or have someone watching them. We are not responsible for anything (phones, clothing, etc.)

RULES
Please read and follow, if you break any of these rules you will be escorted out of the event.
· Due to the amount of people attending, we do not have space for escorts, so they are not allowed. There will be many people there and we will look out for each other
· Please respect the property and location. You would not like someone coming into your home and damaging or messing it up
· Please treat everyone with respect; we are professionals, so act like it. If you are found harassing someone or making them feels uncomfortable, you will be asked to leave. Any incident please report to one of the organizer (Max)
· Do not touch anything that is not yours, without permission
· You break it or damage it, you pay for it (So be careful)
· Bring business cards, paper, and pens to exchange information with whom you work with
· Everyone will have to sign a location waiver
· The only fee is the location fee; no one can charge anyone for working with them. Models can not charge photographers, MUA cannot charge models or photographers, stylists cannot charge anyone. If you are found out trying to charge anyone, you will be asked to leave.
· Absolutely no Alcohol allowed at this event. If you are found with any alcohol you will be escorted out.
· All props must me approved by MB Photo 13
· Also remember, have fun!!!!
