The Historic Theater Group Shoot will be held on Saturday March 28th from 11am -to- 8pm. This event is 18+ and open to any and all Models, Photographers, MUA's, Stylists, Videographers and Vendors in and around the area. We would love to have both new and old faces at this shoot!
When:The event will be held during 11am -to- 8pm. (Note: for the purpose of setting up, check in and such, the doors will be open at 10:30am)
Where: The event will be held at the Ohio Historic Theater located at 3114 Lagrange St, Toledo.
Who: The event will be hosted by Ohio Model and MUA Kaydence Noir.
Cost:The cost of the event is $20 and is uniform for Models and Photographers. MUA’S and stylists will be allowed to attend for free. (Note: If you are attending as an MUA or stylist, you MUST do what you are there to do. So, MUA's and Stylists will not be allowed to shoot {as either model or photographer} if you are found to have done so, you will be asked to pay the $20 entry fee).
Vendors: Any and all vendors are welcome, however the Historic Theater does ask for 20% of the net total sales you make during the event. This is a historic site so they do run on grants, donations, and rentals of the theater so this falls into that.Please contact me personally if you plan on attending as a vendor.
Food: This theater does have a fully functional concessions area so we will have access to this. They have all the normal stuff pop, water, candy, chips, pizza, etc. We can also do a potluck style thing if you are interested please let me know so we can make a list of the thing(s) that will be brought.
Rules: The rules for the event are as follows:
1) Tentative list.We understand that sometimes you're unsure if you'll be able to attend or not. But please, if you're unsure,I must have more of a commitment so please only stay on this list if you are coming from out of the state/country.
2) No call-no shows. If you choose to no show to this event, you will not be allowed to attend future Historic theater events. I do understand that sometimes you can't help it, and in emergency situations it is ok. But lets face it, it's just not professional to no call no show.
3) Last minute cancellations. I.E. "No money, no ride etc". This is something that has been announced well in advance for you to make proper adjustments to attend. One is excusable, but if it happens twice, you'll be asked not attend future events. Please try to let everyone know a week or two in advance that way models/photographers are left with nothing to do.
4) Communication is key! Photographers and models, please communicate with each other to coordinate and confirm your schedules, concepts, and meeting place. This I know can get very annoying on both parts if either side will communicate.
5) This is an important one! Please this is our chance to have a new venue to shoot in. Please act like professional adults.
Personal rules for the Theater itself will be posted in the next few days along with pictures of the venue in a little bit. I hope to see everyone there!
In addition to our rules, the venue of host has a rule set of their own.
There is nudity allowed in all areas minus the projection room and the main lobby. The stage can be used for nudes but must be curtained off by sheets or what have you so it is not exposed to the front of the stage

i guess i am lucky to be out of state though its not really tentative because of that...its because of school that i may or may not be able to go...depending on how much i put my nose to that dang grindstone. But as of right now this instant...I'm so in!
Attending list has been updated all day! It it looking like this is going to be a great event. This many people in the first day! I am super excited! Keep the replies coming.
