it's just a matter of time now that we know whats going on..... Taking them down the first time was such a rush.... Sorry, had to admit that in public, the way the whole thing went down was like a made for tv movie... a lot of work went into taking these people down, it took well over a year, maybe 2??? and the work of 5 or 6 artists.... but it felt SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! Dawns going to be harder than Russ.... she is smarter, but not smarter than we are

She said her classes are too large to be held at the spa.
So she either rents out a photographer studio for a week.
Or she rents a convention space at a hotel for a week.
She is calling me back later.
She also said that she does make-up for the news anchors for Fox Business.
yep, thats exactly what they used to do... set classes up all over the country and Emelle and I would track them... no reservations were ever made by Dawn or Russ at the hotels people were sent to.... there were multiple classes she was teaching at the exact same time in different states...... It was pretty blatant the way they did it. They would cancel the class at the very last hour and tell people they would reschedule... they would do that until the person got tired of the game and walk away from their money

The attacks against us started in 2003. Slowly the scam started to unfold after that, but we smelled them coming a mile away. It took us FOUR YEARS to take that butt wipe down.
Some part of me thinks it was 2002, tail end, that it started. I will have to dig all that up. But certainly by 2003 it was going.

we would have rocked the world of investigation... of course he gave us some heavy motivation.... as soon as he knew we were on to him this guy had our names and numbers on single dating sites... he called my home 2 New Years Eve's in a row in the middle of the night and every Holiday on the calendar, and he did not go after just us...he harassed our families... obscene calls to our spouses etc (not exaggerating) ... this guy was EVIL and NOBODY would be married to this kind of evil without being evil... in my opinion... this was a very sick individual, not just a little sick but very sick....
Jail is a good place for this guy because as far away as we are from him I really believe we got just a little of what he had to offer... remember we went through hell and we are on the other side of the country. ... had we lived in the same city I really believe we may not be here to discuss him. If he ever hits the lotto I plan on suing him for PTSD... can you buy lotto tickets in prison?

The classes are now taught by Dawn under here new name ...Dawn Maloney...under her new business name Yin Yang cosmetics (a few years old now).... Russ has been in and out of jail constantly it appears....

I would bet she hasn't changed...
Maybe Dawn was scared straight after she saw her husband go to jail... but I wouldn't personally take my chances...she knowingly stood by while her husband bilked her customers (I believe 100% she was in on it)... She knew about it because we warned her way before he was arrested...she looked the other way....and so I have to believe she was part of the scam school that carried her name (Dawn Til Dusk). She never acknowledged or apologized for stealing from countless people, People that didn't have the money to lose.... she just changed her name and moved on.... That's not someone you want to do business with
Ok, this is all my hood and I know for a fact that this place really does exist and is a cosmetology school-- opened about a year ago. The price for the make up classes, though, is outrageous, and I would love to know how this person is qualified to teach with or without these accusations held against her. And I would also love to know who the photographer shooting these 'portfolios' is and how THAT person is qualified. I'm confused about who is going to protect new, innocent, doe eyed artists and who is going to give them a reality check.
It's really sick actually, a lot of things are. Not just this school in NJ, but also the amount of schools popping up in NYC as well as 'pro-lectures' that if you pay your money and attend they will tell you how to 'become an assistant' and even *gasp* assist them during fashion week. Sorry if anyone knows who exactly I'm talking about, but the entire thing is disgusting and thank god I have a couple of back up plans for my life. /rant
