Has anyone heard of/worked with either of these agencies?
I've heard that they are both scams and was wondering if anyone has gotten work from either of them?

So far, Blueberry models looks good, but this is a totally unscientific un-rigorous opinion based solely on Googling and looking.  If you have to pay to join up don't.  What information got you this far?

On both sites i filled out an online application and rang and spoke to different people in the office.

The reason that i'm asking as i never wanted to pay anything up front with an agency, however i do know someone who has done this with a different agency and still been given work by them quite frequently.

Blueberry is definitely a scam-don't be fooled by the website.  They wanted $657 upfront as their fee!!!

"you are asked to pay a sum of $657 for our agency commission and A contract would be sent to you immediately we comfirmed the payment which you are required to sign and bring along with you when coming to the UK"

NEVER Pay an agency-they work off of commission only so unless they're getting you work don't give them a penny/dime!
