I know some have been wondering as to the status of the Palm Springs Mansion Group Shoot…and as of this morning it was on! Completely.
Until someone and you know who you are….F*cked it all up!!!
Anyways this (Ass) person calls the property owners of the PS Mansion and ask if the event is on for this Sunday, which HE was told it is…then this person asks the managers if there has ever been a group shoot at this house before and does the manager know what happens at these events?
So, in the ensuing conversation this person tells the property managers that this is nothing short of a PORN shoot, that there is drinking, constant nudity and that other events have been shut down by the police for not being properly permitted and that alcohol, drugs and casual sex are frequent at events like this. Needless to say I get a stern email from the property managers asking for more details and after another extended phone conversation they decide to pull the date from us.
They can’t risk the liability.
So, I know some out there are going to wonder about their money, those that have prepaid. You will be issued a refund as soon as I get my deposit back. I promise. I’ve set up a new PayPal account to refund those who paid with PayPal. Those who sent checks or money orders, you will receive your refund in the mail.
Please contact me with your info. I have the names of those who paid with PayPal, PM me with your PayPal email and name. I have a separate list for those who mailed in payment, please PM me your mailing address. It might take 10 days to 2 weeks to get my refund back,PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Let’s set this straight…
I have a had a total of 7 people who have prepaid…that’s a total of $1050! I paid a rental fee of $1500, insurance of $200 and more in incidentals that I won’t bore you with.
So tell me…where am I making money here?
I will get my rental fee back, minus some crazy charge.
I will not get my insurance fee back, that’s non refundable.
So tell me people, where am I making money off this so called scam? I was counting on a the majority of money coming from people paying at the door…no door, no money.
On a lighter note I‘m pretty sure I know who ruined this event for me and I will deal with this person accordingly.
I’m sorry for the lack of communication in the past, I’ve had things to deal with and this event suffered because of that.
Thanks to the talented photographers who were coming and the stunning models I had lined up…I think I’m through with these events.
