You know, I am beating myself in the head, trying to recuirt models to do a shoot with, so i can better my port and then get better models to do a shoot with, so I can grow my port, so that i can then charge models, to pay back myself all the money that I will spend to make my port professional.. Now how do I get there.. Well I learned that the best models, meaning eager and free, aren't on MM.. Hmmmm.. So how do we find them??? How did you find yours???
You might try deleting your long list of rules and save those points for the discussion with interested models at your first meet and greet at a coffee shop. I suspect your profile might be chasing potential models away. There are a lot of willing models on O'ahu, I just left the islands and never had a problem finding models.

+1. Your profile has got to be one of the MOST off-putting things I've ever read. Combined with your beginner status & concurrent images, the demands and attitude (all poorly spelled) make you seem like a nightmare to deal with. As they say, "check yourself." You need to adjust your attitude if you expect people to work with you.

Rofl! Me too.
A self-proclaimed new photographer, telling models to be humble... while making it clear no one could possibly be as busy and important as him. A little empathy goes a long way.
Joo would have to pay me to withstand that attitude Maybe the models you're trying to recruit feel similarly...

Many of the answers that you seek cannot be answered here as completely as they would need to be. I suggest asking for a portfolio critique in the critique forum.
Your long set of rules is very off-putting. There is a disconnect between your beginnerstatus and the way you come across in your profile-text. I can't imagine any model complying with your rules/ demands/ whatever this way.
As you say to your models in your bio, be humble.
Are you serious?? I read your bio and I can't believe you have the nerve to write that and then this thread. Oh and by the way if a model doesn't sleep she looks like shit and you get shit images... just fyi
TheWildWillShow wrote: Rule #3. It's clear that a lot of you have no professional clue, so here it is.. He with the gold makes the rules.. If you want to be paid for your time, you have to come to where I am at and meet with me not the other way around.. I live in Kapolei NOT HONOLULU.. Does your job or school come to your house??? WOW Mr. President..!! I charge $1200 if I have to come and meet you.. That's what I get a hour as a consultant in the Film business..
Is this guy for real?! A consultant in the film business? What for, location unit catering?
LOL Oh my god this guy can't be serious?? Does he get some sort of odd fun out of making people hate him?
Telling people he makes $1200 an hour? And reprimanding models for sleeping? Last I checked, it is something that everyone does (most likely including himself).
His sneering attitude is even worse. Calling other projects models are working on "BS," jeering at them for "having no job, party all the time" is the most un-professional thing I have ever, ever seen on MM.
This guy actually has the nerve to call himself a celebrity. Every single one of his pictures are an absolute disgrace and obviously either GWC or amateur (in a bad way) or both. I have only been shooting for a few months, and even mine don't look as bad as the big "celebrity's" pictures. My 8 year old sister with her point and shoot takes better photos.
And then he SERIOUSLY says "Be humble" to the MODELS? Hmm look who is talking!
This is just too funny, but at the same time... disgusting.
I'm not going to forget this one!

Hmmmmmm .... you have a profile that would pretty much tick off the most accomodating model on the planet, your photos lack any understanding of exposure and/or composition, you have one model thus far, you make statements about the movie business that make those of us who have actually been in it chuckle, your youtube account has been closed, you are advertising elsewhere as a maker of erotic films ....
What's your problem in not being able to find models?
Go look in the mirror. You'll find the answer there.
Actually, maybe I should take my comment back... after having taken a closer look at his profile (the celebrity and sleep parts in particular), it's obvious this is a joke and we've all been had, by taking it seriously
