What is going on with this,
for the last couple of days images either load slowly or don't load at all.

For example,
when I view a profile in many cases only 12 out of 20 thumbnails will load,

or when I click on a thumbnail image that page to view the full sized image will load but the image will not.


Is any one else seeing this problem?
and is there a fix in the works?

It's not a specific thing.....
It's a random all over thing.

Exactly.  It seems like every profile I've visited in the past few days features either thumbnails or images that initially don't load but later do.

It's random and the usual fixes of reloading the page, clearing cache or logging out/in are ineffective.

Maybe the browser makes a difference? IE8 here.

On my end, browser changing makes no difference.  Opera, IE8, FF, they all have the same problems.

And in keeping with the random thing that one loaded fast and fine for me.


But this one took me multiple tries before the image would load.

I am having the same problem. Not going to post ALL the links of the photos that won't load, but there is a large group of them.

I really just can't replicate this.  Everything is loading quickly for me.

That's not to say that it's not happening, but it's really difficult to pinpoint the problem when we can't make it happen, ya know? 

Can someone experiencing post tracert results for one of the image servers, for example modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net ?  Thanks.

It's not the images, it's Google analytics. Sometimes the page never completes loading because the GA server isn't playing nice.

Take a look at the bottom of the browser window and you will see what I mean.

I blocked Google Analytics to see and it still hasn't fixed my browsing with FF.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. It's really random. Some portfolios seem to load okay and some don't. I use IE8 99% of the time but I tried it with Google Chrome and got the same results. Logged on with my neighbors computer last night and got the same thing.

I get missing thumbnails.  But I can click on an image next to the missing image and hit the prev or next links to access it.  The strange thing is that the missing thumbnails don't match the missing full sized images.

But I still need to refresh a few times to get every image to show up.  They eventually do, but it still takes a few F5's.

Its been doing the same thing with me yesterday and today.  You go to a portfolio, not all of the thumbnails will load and if you click on a thumbnail that is showing the full size photo will not load.

I know...and I'm getting so tired of having pages just sit....and SIT....AND SIT..while the thing keeps loading...and LOADING...AND LOADING...going nowhere.

It's been going on for the longest time.

Fix it!

From the Windows start menu, go to Run an type in "CMD" (without quotation marks) and click OK.

Then type in "tracert modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net" (again without quotation marks) and hit enter.

Copy and paste the results here.

Having to refresh to get images most of the time.
Browser reports "done" but blanks are showing.

How about just the last server in the list.  It should look like something like:
cdn-68-142-118-254.atl1.llnw.net

or

cdn-68-142-79-69.lax.llnw.net

Are there any failures on the list?
