Updated the first post to include a wishlist of items to bring to the OMG since we are going to be cooking out as well as hanging out...

Specific List of Things: speak up if you want to bring something as this is a cookout as well as meet and everything else
I think we have the grills... figure two is enough in case one breaks
We need food:

Hot Dogs
Hot Dog Buns
Salad
Other food for models
Beans
Chips
Dip
Cookies
Cupcakes
Whatever else food you think or like
Soda

Looked around here, and I have half a dozen turkey burgers in my freezer.  I can definitely bring those.  Not gonna feed an army, but it's a start!

I've got half a dozen "yes I'll be there" replies and a handful of "maybes" on the ~50 invites I sent out by email and MM messages...  And all of those are models.  smile

Another OMG!!! Excellent news. I'll be there, but don't know what foodish stuff I'll bring. I'll watch to see what is missing, or I'll take suggestions...

I have a couple Alien Bees -- should I bring them along with background stands?

How 'bout a couple saw horses and plywood for make-do tables?

Should I invite other llamas and photographers?

Lights are always good if you want to shoot... you are allowed to bring them unlike the last OMG.  Its easy to just have in the car in case of need.

I have two tables, a card table and an ikea table (actually the two sawhorse one, lol) one more or so wouldn't hurt in case.

Feel free to invite llamas and photographers in the area...

That would ensure a fail... We're doing it all on the computer, mwahaha. Clown makeup on the computer, then I'd have to pay for a new computer! What are you trying to do to me? Make me bankrupt? eh? Eh?!
