This is shaping up to be a really awesome event everyone! We already have Silversark and Frenzy Universe confirmed for the event! We also are in the process of seeing if Silversark's friend, Ricky, a jeweler, would also be interested in the event. I'm also happy to confirm that hair and makeup will be taken care of by Sugar and Spice.
There are 2 confirmed photographers for the event. 8 photographers have expressed interest, but have not yet paid. If all 8 pay that will be 10 confirmed photographers leaving only TWO slots left! Hurry and sign up! Remember, your slot is not 100% assured until you have paid.
EDM Designs is willing to loan us some Steampunk jewelry for the event. If there is anything specific any model thinks would complement the outfit, look at their etsy shop and send Little Alice a message with any desired jewelry. She will get in contact with the jeweler to see if we can have it for the shoot.

Amanda Tea MM#747709 (Chicago, IL) has paid her $10 fee for the event. She has informed me that there is a chance she will be unable to make the event and in that case she will be letting us keep her $10 as a donation to the cause. I do hope that Amanda can come to the event but her generosity is wonderful!
We're getting closer to the event and I want to remind all the photographers you MUST pay the fee at least a week before the event. This is so that I can have a final head count for the event. Anyone who does not pay by this time may lose their place to someone on the waiting list. At this time I will open the event up to the waiting list in the order they showed interest. So make sure you claim your spot!
To all the models, you can pay at the door but I highly recommend pre-paying.
Please remember that payment for this event goes to the stylists, the food, and all profit will be donated to the Chicago Photography Center as purchased equipment. Every little bit helps!

I'm really excited about this and hoping for pleasant weather! Plus it would be nice to see rooftop photos! I will be bringing some items I have made to the event, as well as some of my own personal steampunkish accessories and apparel to loan out just in case!
Graffiti Photo MM#1374964 (Chicago, IL) just confirmed for the event! I want to put it out there that the event is next month! Please get your payments in, I know it's hard to figure out schedules but we need to have a final headcount a week before the event.
We are down to the wire folks! When I get back from New Year's I will be sending out reminder PMs to all who have noted interest but have not yet paid. Photographers- you MUST send in your payment by January 2nd or your spot may be taken by someone else. Models you can make your payment at the door but it is highly recommended you do it in advance. Silversark MM#1299088 will not be able to attend the event herself due to transportation issues, but will be shipping her items for us to use at the event. Even though the designer is not present treat her items with the same respect as if she were there!
DevoidandDeveil MM#1405629 will be attending the event with one of his beautiful designs! PM him if you are interested in modeling it!

DO NOT park in the Jewel parking lot, they will tow you immediately. Instead, park on the street in front of the studio.
The event starts at 11am and ends at 5pm. This means everything packed up so the designers can take inventory, no one is allowed to leave until the designers have everything back. After 5pm the designers will open their wares for sale until 6pm.

I just want to say how sorry I am that I wasn't able to go, and that somehow something went horribly wrong with the shipping of my clothes. I won't know exactly why they weren't delivered properly until I get them back, but I hope you all had a good time and I eagerly await seeing photos.
